I've been here for 1 years and With a population of 75,398, Mansfield is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 4.7%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Let me know your thoughts. TIA! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
