Rent in Mansión del Mar comunidad getting crazy

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a 34-year-old social worker and Median household income is $37,256, which feels on the lower side for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. Let me know your thoughts. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Came here for quality of life and stayed because it's exactly what I was looking for. The weather is honestly solid and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Internet is average in most areas.
