What I wish I knew before living in Mansión del Mar comunidad

Hey everyone, I grew up here but left for a while. Household incomes average around $37,256 in Mansi--n del Mar comunidad. You can expect to pay around $721 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Weather-wise, the summers are pretty good and winters are wild. You get used to it after the first year.

I work in engineering here and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The job market for my field is decent. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

I've lived in Cedar Grove for about 8 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from Baltimore, I was surprised by safety. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- The school system scene is surprisingly good

The downsides:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for singles. Hope this helps!.
