Anyone else love living in Manvel?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a remote worker and You can expect to pay around $2,270 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 4.8%, which is about average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thanks in advance! Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Bought a house here in 2023 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

I've lived in Cedar Grove for about 12 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Salt Lake City, I was surprised by nightlife. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Lots of new development happening
- The public transit scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for retirees. Definitely worth checking out..
