First post here. I'm single, late 20s, and Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $321,100 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Is this normal for Manville? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
