Pros and cons of Manville after 8 years
Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2020. Homes are going for about $321,100 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Manville sits at 58.8 per 100K. With a population of 10,870, Manville is a small town. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. You can expect to pay around $1,837 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
