I relocated for work and Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 32.3%, which is higher than I expected. Rent is about $585/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $119,100 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Hot take but it exceeded my expectations. I know a lot of people disagree but after 15 years here, that's my honest assessment.

The food scene here is solid. Tons of great farm-to-table places. it was the best decision I ever made.

Came here for school and stayed because it's been a really good experience overall. The cultural scene is honestly solid and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I genuinely enjoy living here. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Hot take but it's not perfect but it works for me. I know a lot of people disagree but after 15 years here, that's my honest assessment.
