Should I move to Maple Bluff or stay in Orlando?

So, I'm single, late 50s, and The unemployment rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Would love some local perspective. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
