So, Poverty rate is 0.5%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $173,110, which feels pretty solid for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Let me know your thoughts. Looking forward to hearing from you all. The city has invested a lot in new development.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are decent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
