Been meaning to ask this. We're a young couple and Crime rate is something to consider -Maple Grove sits at 79.3 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,863 for rent here. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Any advice would be great. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
