First post here. Crime rate is something to consider -Maple Grove sits at 79.3 per 100K. The median home value here is around $397,400, which seems about average. Average temperature is around 46--F, so expect cold winters. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
