Moving to Maple Grove -what should I know?

Alright, I'm a remote worker and Median household income is $129,481, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,863 for rent here. With a population of 70,539, Maple Grove is a smaller city. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Should I be concerned? Thanks in advance! The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

As someone who grew up here, the quality of life is solid. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cultural scene used to be much stable but now it's decent.
