Hi all, My family moved here when I was a kid. It's a a small town city with about 1,939 people. You can expect to pay around $1,683 for rent here. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Worth the trade-offs? The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
