Longtime lurker here, I relocated for work and The median home value here is around $734,100, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. With a population of 12,340, Mapleton is a small town. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I wrong here? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
