So, I've been here for 8 years and Household incomes average around $88,534 in Maplewood. You can expect to pay around $1,316 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 40,981 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thanks for reading. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
