My partner and I are Median household income is $88,534, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $291,300 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong here? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'm a real estate agent and I've found it was the best decision I ever made. The community is solid and there's always something going on.
