Housing market in Maplewood right now

Curious what people think. I've been here for 1 years and The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. Poverty rate is 4.2%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
