Most overrated things about Marana

First post here. Poverty rate is 4.4%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $108,256, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cheers. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 13 years ago from Miami and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in The Heights. It's improving for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in construction. If you're in retail you might struggle.

People: Generally decent. It took about 10 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: excellent. Tons of options if you like craft beer.

No regrets on my end..
