Is public transit usable in Marblehead?

First post here. My partner and I are Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. You can expect to pay around $1,769 for rent here. Homes are going for about $906,200 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What neighborhoods would you suggest? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

As someone who grew up here, I love the pace of life here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. pet-friendliness used to be much wild but now it's tough.

Came here for retirement and stayed because the quality of life is solid. The job market is honestly tough and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
