Things Marceline needs to improve

Been meaning to ask this. I'm a remote worker and Crime rate is something to consider -Marceline sits at 1,301.1 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What would you do? Cheers. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 11 years ago from New York and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in East. It's improving for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in hospitality. If you're in education you might struggle.

People: Generally hit or miss. It took about 16 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: hit or miss. Tons of options if you like sushi.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
