Working in Marcellus -salaries realistic?

Hello, Poverty rate is 6.5%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $790/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 1,113, Marcellus is a small town. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Appreciate any input. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from Baltimore and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Lakewood. It's decent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in healthcare. If you're in legal you might struggle.

People: Generally tough. It took about 10 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: tough. Tons of options if you like Italian.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
