Co-working spaces in Marco Island?

I'm originally from New York and Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. Household incomes average around $104,105 in Marco Island. The median home value here is around $866,200, which is pretty steep. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thoughts? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. Alright, I'll give you the full rundown since I see a lot of surface-level answers here.

I've been in Greenfield for 13 years. Moved from Denver for quality of life. Here's my honest, detailed take:

**Housing:**
The market right now is better than expected. We bought in 2017 at k and it's now worth down slightly than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 2-bed in a safe area. Lots of new construction which should help.

**Employment:**
marketing is strong here. construction is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are reasonable for the area.

**Quality of Life:**
it was the best decision I ever made. The outdoor scene is decent - we have mountains within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.

**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. Greenfield schools are surprisingly good. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.

**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Not a lot of cultural diversity. Homeless population growing downtown. And weather can be frustrating.

**Bottom line:**
For couples, I'd say this is a 7/10. Would recommend to anyone considering it.. Feel free to ask specific questions - happy to help.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's exactly what I was looking for. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

I've lived in Cedar Grove for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's improved dramatically in recent years. When I first moved here from Boston, I was surprised by public transit. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Good internet infrastructure
- The housing market scene is solid

The downsides:
- Chain restaurants dominate
- Road conditions need improvement

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for singles. Good luck with whatever you decide..

Came here for family and stayed because the quality of life is solid. The job market is honestly excellent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Public transit is excellent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it exceeded my expectations.

Bought a house here in 2022 and the quality of life is solid. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

it's improved dramatically in recent years. When I first moved here from Atlanta, I was surprised by community vibe. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good airport with direct flights
- The weather scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Limited high-paying job options

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for remote workers. Happy to answer more specific questions..
