Considering Marco Island vs Nashville -help me decide

Anyone else feel this way? My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $1,955 for rent here. Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. Poverty rate is 4.0%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $866,200 on average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What are your go-to spots? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
