Cheapest neighborhoods in Marengo?

Hey folks, I've been here for 3 years and With a population of 7,123, Marengo is a small town. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Would love some local perspective. Thanks in advance!

My experience has been mostly positive. I love the pace of life here. The only thing I'd watch out for is nightlife. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..
