Moving to Margaret for work -advice?

First post here. I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 5,538, Margaret is a small town. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

What I wish I knew before living in Margaret

Hi all, Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Any help is appreciated. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
