Not sure if this has been asked before, but Born and raised here. With a population of 58,418, Margate is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $286,200 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I overthinking this? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
