Alright, Household incomes average around $60,852 in Margate. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What are your go-to spots? Thanks in advance! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value dating scene, you'll love it. The safety is genuinely challenging and I've found I have mixed feelings honestly. My neighborhood (Meadowbrook) is competitive and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Boston, be prepared for the culture shock. weather is completely different here. And Urban sprawl is real.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is safety. I genuinely enjoy living here. Worth doing your research before committing.
