Best neighborhoods to rent in Maria Stein?
I grew up here but left for a while. Median household income is $86,923, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $337,000 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Anyone in a similar situation? Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
