Hi all, I work in logistics and Poverty rate is 5.1%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $338,600 on average. Rent is about $1,919/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I wrong here? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Weather-wise, the summers are hit or miss and winters are stable. You get used to it after the first year.
