Things that make Maricopa unique

Hello, I'm a teacher here and It's a a smaller city city with about 62,986 people. Household incomes average around $94,208 in Maricopa. Poverty rate is 5.1%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,919 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
