Thinking about relocating to Maricopa from Minneapolis

Hey everyone, Just moved here 7 months ago and The median home value here is around $338,600, which seems about average. Median household income is $94,208, which feels pretty solid for the area. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Anyone in a similar situation? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Moved here from Baltimore about 4 years ago. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Still getting used to community vibe but Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem hit or miss.

I've been here 8 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is cost of living. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the weather is legit. And if you're into fishing, this place is excellent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Downtown side vs the Eastside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
