Not sure if this has been asked before, but The median home value here is around $145,700, which is actually reasonable. You can expect to pay around $828 for rent here. Median household income is $45,986, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Anyone in a similar situation? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
