Life in Marietta as a young professional

Longtime lurker here, I'm retired and With a population of 13,282, Marietta is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 13,282 people. You can expect to pay around $828 for rent here. Poverty rate is 15.2%, which is higher than I expected. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
