Random thought, I'm a college student here and Median household income is $88,518, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a small town city with about 22,324 people. Rent is about $2,105/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $2,105 for rent here. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
