Longtime lurker here, Poverty rate is 10.5%, which is around average. Homes are going for about $760,800 on average. Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Anyone in a similar situation? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
