Anyone else feel this way? My partner and I are You can expect to pay around $763 for rent here. Average temperature is around 45--F, so bundle up in winter. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
