Hey everyone, My partner and I are Poverty rate is 6.1%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $978/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $87,105 in Marion. You can expect to pay around $978 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Pros:
- Low crime in most areas
- Easy commute
- Good healthcare facilities
- Strong sense of community
- Good internet infrastructure

Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- Lack of diversity
- Boring for young people
- Limited cultural events
- Not enough green space
Should I be concerned? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to.
