I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $230,800 on average. The median home value here is around $230,800, which is actually reasonable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Would love some local perspective. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
