Pros and cons of Marion after 8 years

Not sure if this has been asked before, but My partner and I are You can expect to pay around $978 for rent here. The median home value here is around $230,800, which is actually reasonable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What would you do?

My experience has been mostly positive. I genuinely enjoy living here. The only thing I'd watch out for is safety. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..

I've lived in Sunset for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. When I first moved here from Raleigh, I was surprised by pet-friendliness. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Good healthcare facilities
- The housing market scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Road conditions need improvement

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for couples. Definitely worth checking out..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Internet is average in most areas.
