Is it worth buying in Marion?

Curious what people think. I'm originally from Raleigh and The unemployment rate is 0.3%, which is pretty low. With a population of 2,908, Marion is a small town. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community...
