Biggest downsides of living in Marion?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a 31-year-old accountant and Household incomes average around $52,105 in Marion. Poverty rate is 7.7%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Would love some local perspective.
