OK so I relocated for work and With a population of 1,004, Marion is a small town. The median home value here is around $167,400, which is actually reasonable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Anyone in a similar situation? The suburbs are where most families end up.
