Random thought, Crime rate is something to consider -Marionville sits at 137.0 per 100K. Homes are going for about $125,700 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I wrong here? Appreciate any input. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
