Random thought, I'm retired and Median household income is $95,047, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 41,398, Marlborough is a smaller city. Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
