Weekend activities in Marlborough?

My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 4.0%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 41,398 people. Poverty rate is 6.6%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $485,400, which is pretty steep. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Thoughts? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
