Why I chose Marlborough over bigger cities

Longtime lurker here, We have two kids and Household incomes average around $95,047 in Marlborough. Rent is about $1,721/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 4.0%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Marlborough sits at 375.6 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to.
