Hi all, Poverty rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $119,486 in Marlton. It's a a small town city with about 10,223 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I wrong here?
