Best areas to explore in Marlton?

Alright, I'm single, late 20s, and Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. With a population of 10,473, Marlton is a small town. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up.

I've lived in The Heights for about 15 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from San Francisco, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Strong job market in several industries
- The weather scene is decent

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for remote workers. No regrets on my end..

The food scene here is surprisingly good. Tons of great Mediterranean places. I genuinely enjoy living here.

Came here for school and stayed because the quality of life is solid. The cost of living is honestly decent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
