What surprised you most about Marlton?

Curious what people think. Rent is about $1,598/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cheers.

Moved here from Seattle about 1 years ago. I love the pace of life here. Still getting used to housing market but Good luck with whatever you decide..
