Curious what people think. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $254,100 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Marquette sits at 126.2 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What would you do? The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
